Cilantro

Cilantro is a cool-weather loving herb known for it's fresh, zesty, refreshing flavour with just a hint of pepper to it. Looking somewhat similar to parsley, cilantro has long, pale tender stems ending in three irregularly shaped, jagged edged leaves. It's used in many dishes along the Atrian and Selesymemarian coasts.
