Organization Description: Liminal is in a strange place in Ellischester since Noelani is not a member of any of the major factions of the city but contracts talent out to all of them. It is an adventurer talent agency, in essence. Jobs range from tasks for brand new adventurers who aren't sure if they want to make adventuring their life to those tasked with protecting the organization's leader while she protects the city of Ellischester with Area Barrier.
